All fees are outlined in your lease agreement, and through your payment history in your online portal.

Tenants

Please reach us at info@apexrg.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Apex manages a variety of properties, including single-family homes, multi-family buildings, and commercial properties.

We have an online tenant portal where you can make maintenance requests and schedule repairs.

enants must provide 30 days’ written notice before moving out. The unit should be clean, damage-free, and all keys returned. A final inspection will be completed, and deductions may apply for any cleaning or repairs needed beyond normal wear and tear.

To add someone to your lease, submit a written request through your online tenant portal or contact our office directly. The new occupant must complete an application and meet our screening criteria. No one may move in until they’re approved and the lease has been officially updated.
